Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.

Access and services

Access to enquiries in our CRM is restricted to authorised Colibri staff; external dealers and partners are not given access. Staff handling [email protected] may read messages from Hong Kong, Lithuania and Israel. These are countries of staff access, not a statement about server locations.

The website uses Interneto vizija for hosting and Cloudflare for delivery and protection. Incoming email is routed through Microsoft’s mail-protection service. Technical service providers process information as part of providing these services.

Hosting and network services process technical information to deliver and protect the site. This may include IP addresses, requested pages, request times and browser information, and may produce technical logs and server-side traffic statistics.

The catalogue code does not include advertising pixels or audience-analytics integrations. Product images and fonts are served from the website. Links to social networks and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
